The SuperCollider project would like to invite expressions of interest from members of the community interested in becoming volunteer moderators here on the forum and/or on GitHub.
Having a range of perspectives and experiences is incredibly valuable for moderating, so we would particular love to hear from moderators who are members of underrepresented groups. The mod teams are currently very small and limited in time and bandwidth, and having more people involved can only improve the experience of moderation for everyone.
Being a mod is a great way to contribute to the SuperCollider project, including for those who don’t want to contribute through coding. It’s important volunteer work caring for the community, and mods can participate as little or as much as they are willing or able.
