Getting to change the color of "comment" of the editor

Hi, i am getting to change the color of “comment”, this color is grey. I want change it from preferences → Editor → “Font & Colors” , close the window, but setting It remains remains the same. Why can’t I do it?

you can’t change highlighting of any preinstalled color palettes even though it looks like you can from the preferences.

you have to copy it to a new color scheme with a separate name, and change that.

In which folder are the color palette documents located in the APP?

you don’t need to look for them. there’s a “copy” button in the preferences GUI.
