Can anyone recommend a standalone MIDI pedal that you’ve used with SuperCollider? I only need on/off messages when the pedal is pressed/released; no other functionality needed. I don’t need a keyboard. This is for a performer interacting with SuperCollider.
I have a Line 6 FVB Express, which is maybe more than you want, but perhaps they make one to your needed spec? It is solid.
Also, those bluetooth page turners that are all the rage these days in chamber music just send page up and page down messages, so while not MIDI, they work great controlling things.
