Hello. I have super collider installed, and got sc3plugins 3.09.1 installed, but need to update to 3.11.1. I used Chocolatey to install it initially, in Windows 10, and don’t know the code to update to the latest version of sc3plugins.

For Windows I’d suggest installing plugins manually from https://github.com/supercollider/sc3-plugins/releases/tag/Version-3.11.1
Be sure to remove the the old plugins from your extensions folder first. You can check your extensions folder using Platform.userExtensionDir in SuperCollider.
