SoundIn on Mac Ventura

I’ve problems get SoundIn running on a Mac Ventura.
The Help-File says:

On Intel based Macs, reading the built-in microphone or input may require creating an aggregate device in AudioMIDI Setup.

Can anyone show me the way to get the thing running?

Did you checked the permissons under system settings > security & privacy > privacy?
