Not getting DDWSnippets to work

Hi,
I have installed the DDWSnippets quark, but I cannot get it to recognize any hotkey. I am using a mac with an English keyboard, and I have checked the key codes using the Key Codes app, so I know the codes are the same as the one I have configured. But when I press the keys that should trigger the UI to show, nothing happens. Any suggestion would be appreciated. The default ScIDE and sclang shortcuts work as they should.

DDWSnippets is my quark.

I am disengaging from the forum for a while.

Please file a bug report at GitHub - jamshark70/ddwSnippets: Rudimentary snippets facility for ScIDE, implemented in sclang . I will answer bug reports on my quarks but I will not be checking scsynth regularly.
