It’s a bugfix release to address a bug in VBAP introduced in 3.14.0.
This version is compatible with SuperCollider 3.14.x, 3.13.x, and possibly a couple of earlier releases.

- We fixed a possible crash on VBAP on a 2D loudspeaker set.
- We now check that the number of speakers specified matches the data buffer: this turns a previously silently-broken case into an explicit no-op.
