SHARC Timbre Database?

Is anyone aware of a quark implementation of the SHARC Timbre Database? The only thing I know of is the Haskell implementation by Anton Kholomiov. (Repo, here.)

Relatedly, is anyone aware of a similar (newer?) resource?
