SC1… I had possibly heard it on Aphex Twin albums at that time without knowing what it was, but this predates my involvement with SC by a good 6 years

You should seriously consider sending these to the media archeology lab (https://www.mediaarchaeologylab.com), they might be interested in properly archiving them.
