Looking forward to the Symposium! I just looked over the schedule and I see that there is no time for changeover between many of the performances since I understand a performance slot (or at least my performance slot) is 15 minutes and they are scheduled back to back. Just curious how that is going to work? Are they performances at separate stages so one can be ready as soon as the previous one ends?

There is a whole soundcheck schedule as well. Yours is at 5:15pm.

We have made stage plots so that each piece is setup before the concert begins (during soundchecks) and we move from one immediately to the next during the concert.

Great you all are doing this! Hope it’s a great event and wish I could be there! Will the streams be available afterwards for those in inconvenient time zones, or only strictly live?

Sorry if I’m missing something - is there an updated spreadsheet that also lists soundchecks? The one I can find from the earlier email seems out of date (at least some events have been moved around).
