Can I please get some help transposing my EWI (wind controller)? I use brass fingering, so technically I have it programmed as an EVI, but the open note is MIDI note 60, so it is a C. I am a trombonist, so I play with an open note of Bb. Can I please get help transposing down to MIDI note 58?

It is not clear what you are looking for without more information. What is the the setup, maybe even some code? It is easy to transpose MIDI in and out in SC, simply subtract or add a number to the incoming or outgoing midi message. For patterns there is the \transpose key. Sysex messages can be tricky so I would probably see if there was a solution not involving sysex.
