Tweaks to set Dracula theme into the Help Browser

Hi,

I’ve made these very rough tweaks that turns the help browser into the Dracula theme:

I have basically no idea how html, css and js work :dizzy_face:, so any improvements are super welcome (and needed). For instance, I have no idea about how to change the scrollbar color neither how to change the “help brower top bar” (full black into dracula black).

I’ve written an extension for SC once which allowed to switch the doc theme according to the selected IDE theme.

It couldn’t be merged in the end, but maybe some of its source code still helps you?
