Unable to boot SC server on Ubuntu

Greetings,

I recently upgraded from Ubuntu 18.04LTS to same version of Ubuntu Studio. Until the upgrade I had a happy install of SC but after the upgrade the server wont boot. Gives me the following error

Server ‘localhost’ exited with exit code 0.

Would the good folks here have any suggestions for me?
FYI I had previously installed qjacktcl, cadence to connect jack to alsa/pulseaudio which is working just the same since the upgrade as befire

Which SC version?

Building from source? If so, maybe try make clean, make and sudo make install… maybe some system libraries are different.

Are you using sc3-plugins? Does the version match?
