Hey, anyone has or knows of a nice but simple formant synthesis patch via a filterbank? I haven’t found anything that sounds good. I don’t care about any other approach, no Chant, no Fof, no formant oscillator, no PAF, no nothing please

A good model is the Slink Filter device. I have worked on a SC Plugin in c++, which is simliar but currently not publically available. Will let you know when it is The plugin is based on a bank of bpfs with SVF topology (behaves well under modulation) which get amplitude modulated by a bank of raised cosine functions to create formants.
