The 3.11.0 release of sc3-plugins is now available here: https://github.com/supercollider/sc3-plugins/releases/tag/Version-3.11.0
This version has no differences from the 3.11.0-rc3 release previously announced with SuperCollider 3.11.1. sc3-plugins 3.11.0 is compatible with SuperCollider 3.11.1.
